CSR Committee

The CSR projects / activities held during the year are implemented under the Guidance of the Board's Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, which comprises of :

The activities of the committee, inter-alia, include monitoring of the CSR Policy of the company & undertaking the necessary steps for its effective implementation and recommending / budgeting the amount of expenditure to be incurred on CSR activities.
